HOW DO I VERIFY IF THE MESSAGE WAS SENT TO A CONTACT?

HighRoad understands its vital for associations to reach their members. You may get a member saying they didn't receive your message. The first step is to verify the message was sent to them. 

You can verify your campaign launch was sent in the contact's profile. Please search for the contact, and review their events. Confirm if the message event displays  sent campaign.

 

STEPS

  1. Go to Data > Core Tables

  2. Click Your Core Table

  3. Click Browse Tab

  4. Enter the email address in the search box on the right

  5. Click the Events tab

  6. Locate your message and check for the sent campaign in the event column.
