You may get a member saying they didn't receive your message. The first step is to verify the message was sent to them.  You can verify your campaign launch was sent in the contact's profile. Please search for the contact, and review their events. Go to Data > Core Tables 2. Click Your Core Table 3. Click Browse Tab 4. Enter the email address in the search box on the right 5. Click the Events tab 6.
