  • Clicking on a workspace or project to which a user has access receives an error.

Error (If Applicable)

Details

Enter the account name, username, and password, and upon submitting receive an error.

1. Navigate to the Admin > Users > (click into user with the issue) > Permissions tab.

2. Have a look at which workspaces the user has access to and note this down.

3. Navigate to each of the workspaces > Permissions tab, and look to see if the user's name is there more than once.

4. Tick the box for both permissions and then remove the permissions.

5. Navigate back to the user account > Permissions tab and enable the workspace access which you removed.
6. Ask the user to re-test.

Clicking on a workspace or project to which a user has access to receives an error.

1. Navigate to the Admin > Users > (click into user with the issue) > Permissions tab.
2. Have a look at which workspaces the user has access to and note this down.
3. Navigate to the workspace or project where the user is receiving the error, click on that workspace/project's Permissions tab, and look to see what level of access the user has.
4. If this access is different from what is in step 1, then this will need to be aligned. For example, if the user's permissions tab has Normal access to a workspace, and then they have Admin permission to a project within this workspace this is the issue. The user will either need to be given Normal permission to that project, or Admin permission to the workspace.
