DMARC is an authentication method for your domain. Office 365, Gmail and Yahoo now use it as a major component to contribute to your spam score with the inbox. In some cases, not having DMARC will result in the messages bouncing overall.

There are few good tools to help create and test DMARC. HighRoad prefers Dmarcian.

CHECK FOR DMARC

HighRoad often uses Dmarcian free DMARC Record Checker.

Simply, enter your domain, and Dmarcian will search and validate your DMARC record.

SETUP DMARC

HighRoad recomends using the Dmarcian wizard to setup DMARC.

The wizard will take you through 7 steps. Answer the 7 questions, and the wizard creates a text record for you. It'll also require you to make DNS changes. You'll need to involve your IT department.
