To create a text-based email you need to use the HTML editor and the text version, using the steps below.
CAUTION: If you have already selected an email editor template, you will need to delete the campaign message first, and then follow the below. The delete message option will be in the right sidebar on the screen where you can see the editor options.
1. Click on the 'TEXT' button and then click 'CREATE TEXT CONTENT'
2. Click the 'EDIT' button
3. Type in your text and click save.
