HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD OR ANOTHER USER’S PASSWORD?

FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD TO ACCESS THE ADESTRA PLATFORM? NO WORRIES!

Follow the first set of instructions below if your organization is on the shared HighRoad Solutions account, and follow the second set of instructions below if your organization has its own Adestra instance.

FOR SHARED HIGHROAD SOLUTIONS ACCOUNTS:

2. Enter the Account Name value of ‘ highroad solution ‘.
3. Enter your unique Username.
4. Click the ‘ Request password reset ‘ button.
5. Check your email and follow the prompts.
Alternatively, you may contact the HighRoad Solutions Support Team [ support@highroadsolution.com ] to have your password reset.

FOR NON-SHARED HIGHROAD SOLUTIONS ACCOUNTS:

1. Navigate to your organization’s own Adestra instance.
2. Click the ‘ Forgot your password? ‘ link beneath the login button.
3. Enter the Account Name value which can be obtained from your internal administrator.
4. Enter your unique Username.
5. Click the ‘ Request password reset ‘ button.
6. Check your email and follow the prompts.
Alternatively, you may contact a member of your team that has administrative access to Adestra to have your password reset, or you may contact the HighRoad Solutions Support Team [ support@highroadsolution.com ].
