Yes, Adestra allows a marketer to view or download their total number of campaign sends year to date. It's important to consistently check your sending volume against the block of emails you have purchased from HighRoad. If you don't know your annual volume, contact your Account Manager.

IS YOUR SENDING VOLUME OVER?

Don't fret if you are. If you are trending toward overages, contact your account manager.

STEPS

  1. Navigate to Reports on the left-side navbar. Make sure at the top it says Workspace report.
Adestra has navigation that follows the breadcrumbs. Meaning if you're viewing a campaign, and you click reports, Adestra will display the campaign report. Remember the hierarchy -- Workspace > Project > Campaign > Launch. In the end, go to the workspace, and click reports to ensure you're looking at messages sent from the entire workspace.

  2. Filter by using the dropdown change STATISTICS BY PROJECT to Date Range

  3. Select the date range by use the calendar options for both 'FROM' & 'TO' . Here you can either select the monthly volume or select year date by choosing the date range.
FROM date should be your recent contract start date.
TO date should be today's date.

  4. Click Apply filter
The total number for 'Attempted' is your total number of messages used from your block of emails.

HIGHROAD USES THE ATTEMPTED AMOUNT AND NOT TOTAL.

Attempted is the amount of contacts you tried to send an email message. Adestra removes global opt outs, known bounces, and your exclusion lists from the email message, and includes them in the Not Attempted bucket.

  5. Download the data into an excel file, scroll down to the bottom of page.

  6. Click Options. Then click the Download button

Your usage report will then download into a .xls file to which you can then format based on your needs
