CASL is coming! You don't have to run for the hills....

Email Marketing

mailto:demo@example.com?Subject=HighRoad Solutions - interesting article

You have heard of it, and my guess is that in the next few weeks, you will be hearing about it a lot more.  "CASL is coming, CASL is coming!" The question is, do you know what your organization is doing about it?

If you have any members (or prospective members) that are north of the border and you send them newsletters, product or service promotions, or event invitations--then you need to understand CASL.  The Canadian Anti-Spam Law (CASL) goes into effect on July 1, 2014 and will impose stiff penalities for emailing individuals without their explicit opt-in to your email communicaitons.  It is critical that you take action now to achieve compliance with the new law before it goes into effect.

The good news is, you dont have to go it alone!  The good folks are HighRoad have put together a multi-channel approach that will allow Canadians to opt back into your communciations on your webiste, Facebook, Twitter, mobile and more.   In addition to the list of resources below we invite you to our CASL is a Killer! Google+ Hangout, this Friday the 13th.  Join us to discuss CASL and it's impact on your organziation.
