As much as things change, they remain the same.  For decades, marketers have had the same mission: engage potential customers and get them to buy by delivering the right message based on their needs.  What has changed are the channels employed to deliver the message.  Years ago marketing messages were delivered primarily through print, radio, and TV.  Today marketers employ digital channels as well and video is the newest must have component of digital marketing.
