You have completed a list import, however, upon checking some of the contact profiles, you find that the fields on the contact's profile are not being updated based on what is populated on your CSV import file.
STEPS TO RESOLVE
Re-attempt the import, however, this time, you will want to make sure that you select the 'Overwrite existing records with imported data from CSV' option to ensure that your contact's profiles are updated with the most recent data from your CSV file.
Please note that if you have an integration in place, it is possible that some of the fields may be overwritten with the daily sync based on what is populated in your local AMS.
