MY LIST WON'T REFRESH

SYMPTOM

Are you trying to launch a campaign, but I keep getting the a notification my list is currently importing. Please wait for it to complete before launch. 

You try to refresh, but the message is still there.


STEPS TO RESOLVE

  1. On the campaign page, navigate over to the right hand side and click "More data options"

  2. The page will refresh to the list "Overview" page

  3. On the "Overview" page click on the list name

  4. Navigate over to the right hand side and click the option "Clean up Imports"

Clicking this option should mark the failed import as complete and allow you to launch to the list again from the Campaign record.
