My campaign won't launch and I'm receiving errors regarding my links.

When launching a campaign, I'm receiving the error 'Links from a previous campaign. You should remove or correct these links.'

1. From the link check, click on 'Edit HTML Message' and find the copied link and fix these links. The specific links themselves will be listed underneath both the HTML Message and Text Message.

Make sure that the links are updated in both the HTML and text versions.

2. Refresh the Link check, and the error messages should be gone.

3. Re-launch the campaign.

If you can't find the link

If you are not sure what to edit as the copied links are not showing up or matching any links in the current HTML/Text message, you can search for this in the source code of the campaign by clicking 'Source' while in the HTML view, using CTRL + F to find these links, delete them and save the changes to the Source code.
