If a record is a member of another HighRoad client and uses the same email address and that address is on the known bounce list, you will not be able to send a message to them as the system knows it as a known bounce. The previously bounced list is part of the Adestra Bounce management system, which will recognize and will separate previously bounced addresses across all clients to ensure excellent deliverability for you and all HighRoad clients. It is essential to maintain a good sender reputation with all ISPs – mainly like Yahoo and Gmail.
